Rayner announced a strategic partnership with Promptly (US) to integrate Eyejourney, its artificial intelligence (AI)-driven digital patient education platform, directly into clinic software to automate patient enrollment.
According to a company press release, Eyejourney is designed to help vision care clinics deliver personalized education, medication reminders, informed consent, and surgical guidance and support for all ophthalmic procedures. The company said it addresses the gap in care—where patients forget up to 80% of what they are told during consultations1—by serving AI-powered video content to answer patient questions prior to, during, and after their procedure. Rayner said the platform has been shown to reduce consultation and chair time by up to 40%.2
Through Promptly's Patient Experience Suite, patients in the US can automatically enroll onto the Eyejourney platform the moment they enter a clinic's system, with no manual processing or disruption to existing workflows, the company said in the press release.
