Dr. Dugel is managing partner of Retinal Consultants of Arizona in Phoenix; clinical associate professor of ophthalmology at the Doheny Eye Institute, Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and founding member of the Spectra Eye Institute in Sun City, Ariz.

Victor Gonzalez, MD
Dr. Gonzalez is the founder of Valley Retina Institute, P.A. and founder and managing partner of the McAllen Surgical Specialty Center in McAllen, Texas and the Harlingen Surgical Center in Harlingen, Texas.

Michael A. Romansky, JD
Mr. Romansky has been a practicing healthcare lawyer and lobbyist since 1977. For nearly 30 years, he has represented ASC and surgical specialty organizations. He’s currently the OOSS Washington counsel and vice-president for corporate development.

Jay S. Pepose, MD, PhD
Dr. Pepose is founder and director of the Pepose Vision Institute, professor of clinical ophthalmology at Washington University School of Medicine and president of the Lifelong Vision Foundation.

Stephen C. Sheppard, CPA, COE
Mr. Sheppard is managing principal for real estate and operations at Medical Consulting Group, LLC (MCG) in Springfield, Mo. He specializes in providing ambulatory surgical center development and certification assistance, financial analysis and operations management services to practices and firms in eye care and other medical specialties.
