Larry E. Patterson is the medical director of Eye Centers of Tennessee and a nationally known leader in the field of cataract and refractive surgery. Among many firsts, Dr. Patterson was the first physician in East Tennessee to perform Refractive Laser Assisted Cataract Surgery (ReLACS). Dr. Patterson's scientific articles and papers have appeared in numerous professional and medical publications. He serves as Chief Medical Editor for Ophthalmology Management and he has given numerous presentations for professional organizations around the world.

Randy Marsden is an EHR and Practice Management consultant, with more than 6 years of experience in health care information technology. He works with more than 120 providers in small- to medium-sized practices to improve their business performance while navigating the latest government regulations. Randy specializes in helping his clients successfully migrate across EHRs while meeting compliance requirements. His company, Marsden Advisors, launched a new monitoring and submission program for MIPS in 2017.
